Sirr al-Asrar — The Secret of Secrets — was written in Baghdad in the twelfth century by Abdul-Qadir al-Jilani, Sulṭān al-Awliyāʾ. It carries the inner teaching of his school in the Qadiriyya lineage. Sufi metaphysics, the path of dhikr and tawba, the geography of the self, the vision of the Real, and the secret at the centre of the heart. This series brings the book forward chapter by chapter for the seeker without a teacher, in the spirit of Khidr — the hidden guide.
