Whew!
I’ve just been spending the afternoon watch the Olympics Men’s Tennis Final, between Alcaraz and Djokovic.
It was a fantastic match, and an astonishing display of what human beings are capable of achieving.
Of course, athletic accomplishment, and the Olympics themselves, stretch far back into history.
The ancients had their own ideas about health and fitness, and they don’t always entirely lineup with more modern practice… Still, there are some sound ideas in there!
